If anything, the staff here is very quick to respond to any question and/or concern you may have. Here, your concerns never fall on deaf ears. I guess since I can’t open my front door and have to use the garage, I wouldn’t had to worry about someone coming in my apt even if I left and didn’t lock the apt since the door can’t open without the force of Crane. Also I called a told you all my front door will not open and has been sticking since I moved in. Would you consider this an emergency if you were unable to secure your apt? Would you leave your apt knowing you had no way of reentering other than to park in front of the office and wait until someone and follow them in. But I am locked in my apartment I cannot leave my apartment because I didn’t have a key to lock my apartment, open the gate to my apartment. I find it very perplexing as to why the manager would tell me that I really did not have an emergency because I was not locked out of my apartment. She has not texted the number I a sure she does plan on texting the number it’s been 30 mins now. She replied she like text it to me she didn’t have it at the time. When the manager called me to ask me to step out so the maintenance guy could come and rekey my apt, I asked her for the number to cooperate office. I lost my key that’s on me! But to go through so much HELL to get a replacement is Totally unacceptable. She told me she told have one made and I would have to pay. What about me needing another set of keys. That’s when she came to the door and told me they were closed. I know she saw me standing at the door and I screamed out, I know you see me. After calling the manger out as I could see her attempting to hide from me behind the wall. But you stated Maintenance in the event of an emergency. What does that mean? What has happened beyond your control that can’t be communications to your residents? Such a poorly written correspondence. Yet we received a email with NO details as to why the office would be closed til July 13 other than stating “ Due to Circumstances beyond our control “.

The garages seem like a very nice plus and benefit at the beginning, but our apartment was on top of 3 garages that would always vibrate the floors when they opened and closed it.Įd out to someone yesterday and no one retuned my call. If you do decide to rent here, please try to avoid being on top of the garages.
I know this is more of a community issue as you should always pick up after your pet, but with the money you pay here I feel they should have someone go through the property once a week to clean up what’s out there. This wasn’t too much of an issue until recently, but there was starting to be a noticeable increase in dog poop in the walking areas. No one follows the wear a mask rule sometimes even including the people that work there since they almost all live there 3. Also they ask to wipe down the machines after every use (which you should always!) but it was pretty hit or miss if they had papers in there to clean it. Throughout the whole time here, the bike machines never worked and half the treadmills are never working. The gym would be nice, if the cardio machines worked. The worst part is that one of our neighbors worked at the apartments, so you would think that they would have been more considerate. He wall if we didn’t have any background noise playing.
